About Us
It was 1994 that God called Skip into ministry. He didn’t know for sure what this ministry was to look like until years later when at a conference in Arizona Skip had a clear vision of what God wanted him to do – start a “Dream Center” in Flint, Michigan. As a teen and young adult Skip was a serious drug and alcohol abuser and also sold drugs in Flint. He felt strongly that God was calling him back to Flint, to minister to the many hopeless, helpless souls that needed to learn what he had learned – that there is Freedom and Restoration in Christ! God showed him that He would be guided to provide the helping hand that was so desperately needed in this community.
