Sometime between 1970 and 75 your church sents me to Mexico or financed me to go with The Reformed Bible College with Wyclif translaters to tour the mission effort there. With this group of 40 or so people and a referal from the campus minister, Clif Bajema, I spent 4 weeks there. I met my wife there and on my return we settled in Grand Rapids , MI. I am now a retired sped. teacher of 35 yrs. and live in Atlantic, IA. My yrs at CU were very fruitful and your church were partly responcible for my great life story. I thank the Lord for you support and wanted to tell someone there that you have been esential in Gods plan for me. Gary

I grew up in this church beginning in early 1945 when my family first started attending. The reason I am making this contact is to see if anybody in the church still has records of past senior pastors who preached in the church. At present I cannot remember all of the ones I sat under in the early 1950s - through the mid-1960s. I left Boulder in 1965 following my graduation from CU. Because of the formative nature of the ministry I received during my growing up years, I have still a great love for the Church. As a note of interest my mother Eva A. Palmer was one of the very few women in the early 1960s to be ordained an Elder in this church. Unfortunately, she passed away before she could complete her first term on the Board. If whoever may read this has information about prior pastors, I would very much appreciate correspondence. My e-mail address is: [email protected]. Thank you.
