The First Parish in Lincoln is a community church formed by the merger of the original Unitarian and Congregational churches in Lincoln. The congregation is about 350 adult members and 130 children.

Leadership
Roger Paine
Educated at Yale Divinity School. Served as Associate Minister at Plymouth Congregational Church in Minneapolis. Left parish ministry for 26 years to direct four non-profit human service organizations: a youth and family counseling center, residential treatment for troubled teenagers, a primary care medical clinic, and a holistic adult education center.
