We are an 126 year old congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. We serve the Bothell community through a very active Social Ministry, a Preschool, and a safe place for groups to meet. We have a myriad of groups and activities to involve people in ministry. If you would like to explore your faith, no matter where you are on your life journey, then join us for worship on Sundays.

What to Expect

What are services like?
Our 8:30am service on Sundays are more traditionally Lutheran and involve familiar hymns led predominantly by the organist (Dr. Jiyoung Lui). ALso, the Adult Choir shares music at this time as well. Our 11am service is a blended service led by an ensemble of piano, drums, guitar, flute, violin and voices. Familiar hymns are blended in with more contemporary and contemplative songs.

What is the community like?
We are a community that is full of life where the young easily share their faith with the old. It is a place where we endeavor to make all people feel safe and welcome. We serve communion at every service and all are welcome to the table no matter where you are on your faith journey. There are groups that range from a widows support group "Friends Supporting Friends," to a Supper Club. There is a group for empty nesters called Act 2 and a monthly beer drinkers group, Taste of the Town. We study God's word on Monday mornings and in small groups. Our Sunday School is full and active, including an Adult class that averages over 50 people.

What if I'm not a Christian?
So what? If you have that itch that you cannot scratch and need to explore your faith, please join us. Also, Pastor Berg is always open to meet people wherever they would like to discuss such issues. It is your faith journey not ours. We are here just to be the support and encouragement you need.
