THE ASSEMBLY WEST MONROE is a group of people who love God and want to share His goodness and power with the rest of the world. Through our Spirit-filled worship gatherings, dynamic local outreach, world wide television outreach and special mission’s projects, we are seeing a tremendous move of God in our midst.

What to Expect

What are services like?
Our worship is energetic and spirit filled. On any given Sunday, you are likely to see people dancing in His presence or artists expressing their worship through painting. We believe that everyone should be able to worship our Risen Lord in their own way in the context of scripture. Dress is casual. We want you to come as you are into the presence of our Great King!

What is the community like?
The tag of our church is: We love this place. And we have thousands that say this every Sunday! We are a BIG family with Big Dreams serving a Big God!

What if I'm not a Christian?
Where the Heart of God dwells, all find their place at The Cross! We welcome all people, not matter of background, race, etc. We are all together to see the Kingdom of God manifest on the Earth!

Leadership

Shane Warren

Pastor Shane Warren was called to preach at the age of twelve through a supernatural visitation. After preaching his first message at twelve, he continued to passionately pursue God and his ministry call throughout his teenage years. In 1991, he earned dual Bachelors from Lee University with a B.A., in Theology and B.S., in Education. His unique, dynamic ability to communicate has made him a sought-after speaker and teacher. His insight, revelation, and heart for the lost have blessed him with the opportunity to minister to people worldwide through leadership conferences, retreats, church growth seminars, mentoring programs, and crusades. His burden for hurting humanity, helping ministries and igniting the flames of revival is the driving force behind his ministry. He is respected inter-denominationally for his teaching, preaching, and church growth philosophies. Listed as one of “America’s Who’s Who”, he has been recognized by two Governors (Louisiana and Tennessee) and city leaders for his transformational work in his community. Under his leadership The Assembly in West Monroe has been voted “The Place to be on Sunday” in Louisiana. Pastor Warren is a published author and serves as the President of The Voice Network™, a twenty-four hour Christian television station which covers the Northeast Louisiana, Southern Arkansas region. He speaks abroad, and serves as the Senior Pastor of The Assembly in West Monroe, Louisiana, where he resides with his wife Pam and son Adam.
