Lance is a creative and powerful speaker who has a genuine and relevant approach to his ministry. People are encouraged by his passion, humor, and urgency to reach the lost for Christ. His pastoral studies took place at North Central Bible College and his Master's work in Organizational Leadership is through Azusa Pacific University. His seventeen years of full-time ministry experience have been marked with dynamic growth and innovation.
