Biography of Pastor Charles Cowan After graduating from Rhema Bible Training Center in 1975, Charles Cowan pioneered and continues to pastor Faith Is The Victory Church in Nashville, TN. It has now grown to 1,000 members. In addition to the congregation in Nashville, he is also the pastor of Faith Is The Victory Church in Mt. Juliet, TN, a growing work which was established in 2009. Today, Faith Is The Victory continues to thrive and reach out to minister to the whole family. In 2009, he received his Doctorate of Theology from Life Christian Bible University based in Tampa, Florida. Pastor Cowan’s emphasis in ministry is teaching the Word of God with a simplicity that is practical for daily living. Through the inspired teaching of the Word, the believer is shown how to live a victorious life of faith in God. In his ministry of over forty years, he has taught in churches throughout the U.S. In addition to fulfilling his role as pastor to growing congregations, he has taught training seminars for national pastors in India, the Philippines, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Grenada, Honduras, Estonia, Italy and Canada. He has also taught in ministers’ training schools in the Czech Republic, Italy and England and in Dimapur, Nagaland in India. He has taught at the Rhema Bible Training Center and at the Rhema church in Verona, Italy. Most recently, he has been privileged to minister to national pastors in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
