What are services like?
We have one service from 9:00 - 10:30, which blends contemporary songs with hymns. Our singing is without instruments on Sunday mornings (with instruments on Wednesday nights). We take the Lord's Supper (communion) each Sunday morning. The sermon last around 35 minutes. Children remain in the Sunday service for the first 45 minutes, then go to our children's ministry Kids' Community, with Bible classes, small groups, activities, and singing.

What is the community like?
The most common remark we hear from guests is about how genuinely friendly the East Sunshine people are. We don't want anyone to go unnoticed when they visit (unless it is obvious that they want to slip out quietly). We want to serve the community around us, with an emphasis on people who are in need; we use our gym to provide a cold-weather shelter for homeless men. We desire to be real in the way we relate to each other and to have friendships that are deep.

What if I'm not a Christian?
We invite anyone to join us no matter where they are in life or what background they come from. The preacher often says, "I am one learner telling other learners what he's learning." We feel the same way as a church family. We are learning from and following Jesus, and invite anyone to come and follow with us.
