Brian Smith
Senior Pastor
Pastor Brian came to Rochester in 1984 to study for the ministry at Minnesota Bible College. He graduated with a BA in Preaching Ministry and has spent the last 32 years ministering in Rochester and and the surrounding region. Deeper Waters Bible Church is his fifth Church ministry and his second Church plant.
