God has called City Church to love & serve the lost, broken, & addicted people. God has called City Church to love, serve, & raise up the next generation. Because we choose to answer this call, God will change us, our neighborhood, our City, & our world. Why? Because we love, we serve, we change.

Our Mission at City Church is Life Transformation through a relationship with Jesus! How? Introduce people to Jesus, Assist them in growing closer to Jesus, and Equip them to reflect Jesus' love in their world.

We believe church should be a safe place to be authentic, transparent, and honest.

City Church is a community of Jesus followers. We welcome people from all walks of life to come as they are and experience authentic relationship, learn practical and life transforming truths from the bible while having fun!

Leadership

Mike and Lisa Fairburn

Mike and Lisa have been happily married since 1991. They have three daughters. Mike and Lisa belonged to Life Center church in Spokane for 17 years where they served in Children’s ministry, Premarital training, marriage mentoring, Men and Women’s ministries, Recovery small groups and served on the church council. Mike and Lisa also lead over 500 men and women through the Love and Respect classes. In October of 2005, together they began attending the Spokane Ministry Institute in preparation for full-time ministry. In 2008, Mike and Lisa began meeting with a handful of friends in their home and now just over a year later…City Church. Mike and Lisa have a passion to see men, women and families set free from the things that hold them captive and keep them stuck. They truly believe that through Jesus, lives can be transformed and a full rich life lived out here on earth, just like Jesus said in John 10:10. Mike and Lisa feel led to help equip leaders to go out into this city and this world and change it through Jesus love.
