At Christian Fellowship of Wasilla, we place a premium on providing spiritual food by teaching the the entire word of God chapter by chapter, verse by verse, so that this local part of His flock may grow spiritually in the grace, knowledge and image of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

What to Expect

What are services like?
We start with a time of fellowship (10:30 to 10:45'ish). Then have announcements, followed by a time of worship (5 or 6 songs). Kids then head off to Sunday School, adults stay for the sermon which lasts about 45 minutes, give or take. Then we have communion and a few closing worship songs. Some folks hang out for more fellowship afterwards (always coffee and tea and usually snacks of some kind), some take off right away. Some folks ask for prayer, and we gather around and pray for them as a church family.

What is the community like?
Close, loving, open to accept new folks.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Then we'd love to have you join us to see what this is all about. We don't believe in putting pressure on people to believe or serve or give or anything like that. God has called us to be faithful to love and teach so that those who seek can make up their own minds. We teach through God's Word and provide an avenue for seekers to come, ask questions, and hopefully taste and see that the Lord is good. No pressure, no guilt trips, just being real and seeking the truth.
