Our Services

What are services like?
We are committed to both orthodox Christianity and the unchurched. Therefore, in our service, we use liturgy to root us in biblical Christianity, but we are careful to explain terms. Our service includes worship songs, an opportunity to get one another, sometimes a personal testimony, and a sermon. The standard dress is casual.

What is the community like?
We are a racially and culturally diverse community. We enjoy being together, sharing meals and discussing God's Word. This is why we created weekly community groups so others could easily get connected and do life together.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Most of the people at our church are either new Christians or became Christians as adults. Therefore, our church culture is naturally welcoming to outsiders and non-Christians. We desire to help you along in your spiritual journey to find Christ as the true source of fulfillment, security, and purpose. We would really encourage you to visit us!

Corey Smith

Corey Smith

Corey unexpectedly became a Christian in college, at Murray State Univ. where he graduated, then moved to St. Louis and completed a master's degree at Covenant Theological Seminary (M.Div.). Before moving to Indianapolis, he founded two campus ministries with Campus Outreach at Arkansas State Univ. and Indiana State Univ. His vision was to clearly articulate the gospel with unbelievers, establish young believers in their faith, equip them through discipleship, and mobilize them for ministry. His vision remains the same today: that people would grow to love Jesus more than anything else, learn to make disciples, and be compelled to reach their unbelieving friends and neighbors with the gospel. Corey and his wife, Janet, have been married since 2004 and have 3 boys.
