Leadership

Louise Westfall

Louise Westfall
Pastor

Louise loves the Presbyterian Church. The daughter of a Presbyterian minister, she is a graduate of Presbyterian institutions: Sterling College (B.A.), Princeton Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity), and San Francisco Theological Seminary (Doctor of Ministry). She values the importance of developing a thinking faith, one that is grounded in the Bible and engaged with the issues, challenges, and popular culture of the present day. With her clergy sisters Sue and Mary, she authored a best-selling Bible study published by Presbyterian Women of the PC (USA) The Face Is Familiar: Remembering Unnamed Women in Scripture. She is also the author of another Bible study on peacemaking in the gospel of Mark. She is a member of the board of trustees of the Presbyterian Foundation and the Covenant Network of Presbyterians.
