What to Expect

What are services like?
We are a multi-congregational church with three services in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. The English Worship Service is located in the multi-purpose room (MPR) of our church and begins at 9:30am. After a short time for greeting one another, the worship team leads the service with several upbeat songs and praises and prayer. This is followed by the week's announcements and a message of God's word, which relates to real-life issues to help you in your personal relationship with God and others. The worship service ends with a closing prayer by the pastor and a closing song by the worship team. Service is typically concluded by 10:45am and Sunday Schools are available afterward. Please feel free to dress comfortably. There isn't a formal dress code, so wear what makes you feel comfortable and you'll likely fit right in. We have plenty of parking available as well. The main parking area is conveniently located behind the church entrance.

What is the community like?
Our church is made up of people from many different backgrounds and walks of life who are committed to helping people love and live passionately for Jesus Christ by developing a meaningful relationship with God and each other. Our English congregation is a young, but multi-generational congregation with about 80 regular attendees on Sundays. About one-third of our congregation are high school/youth group members and the rest are a mix of college students, young adults, and families with small children. We have a vibrant Youth Ministry program led by our full time Youth pastor Pearson Lau. Our children's ministry regularly has over 80 kids on Fridays and Sundays and includes the AWANA program on Friday nights. For young adults and older, we have several small groups that meet throughout the week as well as topical Sunday Schools.

What if I'm not a Christian?
We all come from different backgrounds and are at different stages in our continuing journey through life. We are help to help you as you seek to grow in your understanding and experience of God. We hope you and/or your whole family will feel at home with us. Please come and visit us this Sunday to experience God and become a part of our community.
