Cary Christian Church

About Us

Our mission: Call; Cultivate; Commission

Cary Christian Church is family. We love you now; we'll love you when you come in the door; we'll love you when you leave. We preach the Father's love, seen in His creation of man, his provision for His creation, and His call to holiness. We preach Jesus' love, seen in His becoming man while still being God, His life of proclaiming and demonstrating the Kingdom of God, and His sacrifice to defeat sin, so that we can be part of that Kingdom.

Our work is to CALL people into the Kingdom of God; to help them CULTIVATE their life in the Kingdom; and to help them live out their COMMISSION from God to extend the Kingdom into the world around them.

What to Expect

What are services like?
Our Sunday morning gatherings are a little like a weekly family reunion, with friends invited along. We sing enthusiastic praise and meditative devotion. We teach from the Bible. We pray for each other. We share in the Lord's Supper every week. We enjoy each others' company; we laugh; we hug; we cry sometimes; we share our joys and struggles.

What is the community like?
The church community is like a family. We take in each others' lives. About 80% of our adults are involved in weekly small group fellowships and studies. We have a family who lives in a very dark place on the other side of the world, making inroads for the Kingdom there.

What if I'm not a Christian?
If you're not a Christian, you need to be; your life on this earth is designed for being in God, and anything less leaves you incomplete. And your place in eternity rests on it. We'd love to talk with you about it in more detail -- give us a call, or drop by.
