About Us

Where God's Word is Central.

We are a Verse by verse though the Bible teaching church.
What we believe:
We believe worship of God should be spiritual.
THEREFORE: We remain flexible and yielded to the leading of
the Holy Spirit to direct our worship.

We believe worship of God should be inspirational.
THEREFORE: We give a great place to music in our worship.

We believe worship of God should be intelligent.
THEREFORE: Our services are designed with great emphasis upon teaching
the Word of God that He might instruct us how He would be worshiped.

We believe worship of God should be fruitful.
THEREFORE: We look for His love in our lives as the supreme manifestation
that we have truly been worshiping Him.

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible,
authoritative Word of God and inerrant in the original writings.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons,
Father, Son and Holy Ghost.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ,
in His virgin birth, in His sinless blood, in His miracles,
in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection,
in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and His personal return in power and glory.

We believe that the lost and sinful man must be saved,
and that man's only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a Godly life.

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the unsaved,
they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are unsaved unto the resurrection of damnation.

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

What to Expect

What are services like?
The most important emphasis of our lives is to glorify God. He has done awesome things, and we want to sit at His feet, express our thanks and praises unto Him, and honor Him by learning more of Him. At each of the services, there is emphasis on praise and worship, and especially verse by verse study of God's Word. Praise and Worship: The focus of the Worship Ministry is God Himself. The ministry of worship and praise is intended to draw our hearts into an attitude of joyful praise and reflection as we offer up to God. Biblical Instruction: Learning more of Him is another expression of our faith. As we seek Him through His Word, we continually discover that He is more wonderful than we imagined. Learning more of Him leads us to put less confidence in ourselves and trust more in Him. Pastor Ken teaches verse-by-verse through God's Word. By exploring the Bible in this manner, our hope is to increase your own appetite to study the Word on your own, and discover the life changing truths that are contained within!

The music, The Pastor, the Word of God is spoken here. No watered down scripture to suit the masses who have an itching ear. Pastor Ken has a powerful voice and isn't afraid to use it! God is working through this church to save the lost and brokenhearted. Amen and thank you Jesus ❤️

I live in Saco Maine, but would love to be able to attend church at Calvary Chapel. I am going to keep checking in on line. I love the boldness and passion for Christ that Pastor Ken has. Truly we need more strong men of God. I am tire of watered down Christianity.....I also love that Pastor Ken reads the bible to us. This is so needed!!!! And from the book, not a phone or tablet. God bless your ministry!
