What are services like?
9AM service uses traditional Lutheran Liturgy 10:30AM service has a contemporary style that will speak to you Sunday School for adults and children begins at 9:15AM Sunday mornings The nursery opens at 8:45AM On Wednesday evening we bring a pot of soup or bread to share at supper at 5:30PM. Afterward we gather for Youth-Led Worship followed by Confirmation Class, Revive Youth Group meeting, Adult Studies and activities for the younger set. The evening results in a feeling of fullness, both physical and spiritual.

What is the community like?
Our church is over 95 years old and still reaching out to the community. We are involved in many community programs including "Million Meals", "Winter Hospitality Overflow", "Keeping in Touch" ministry, "Friends of the Carpenter", and others, and of course we are always looking for volunteers to join the mission.. Members ages range from Great-Grandparents to Pre-Schoolers, and we have programs for all of them. We have two great groups of Quilters who sew for World Mission and for the local Share House. Our Bethel Women have a great monthly brunch, always overflowing with great food and entertainment. The Bethel men have a monthly breakfast serving up big helpings of food and fellowship! There are Bible studies on Monday and Thursday mornings and three different women's "Circle" groups who meet monthly. There is a monthly "Keenagers" pot luck lunch that always draws a crowd. The food is wonderful and speakers and entertainers are a great addition. Members are encouraged to "bring a dish to share and bring a friend". Bethel is the home of the Rocksolid Community Teen Center, an afternoon program for teens to meet with caring friends and adults and have a place to "hang out on solid ground". We are known for our welcoming ways and our warm hospitality.
