What are services like?

At Forest Grove Assembly of God church, we believe that everyone has a “God-shaped” hole in their heart that only He can fill. We believe that a true encounter with the powerful presence of God will facilitate a positive change in our lives and satisfy the deeper cravings for significance and purpose we all strive for. There is no better venue for this experience than a dynamic, passionate worship gathering. Not “playing church”, or “going through the motions”...but a genuine encounter with the Love of God! A place where the message of God’s love, acceptance and forgiveness are proclaimed. Where you will find people who are being freed from every kind of hang-up, struggle and wound. Welcome to a totally non-judgmental, loving environment of spiritual discovery! We are not a religious organization - we have found that religion can be extremely divisive and non-satisfying. We are passionate about furthering our understanding of the Bible and ardently seeking to deepen our relationship with God. Wherever you are in your spiritual journey, we welcome you to give us a try!
