Hi my name is Andrew Eyler and I reside in Richmond VA and I am 63 yrs old on disability . I live full time in my little rv and am on government assistance , I am trying to get help with gasoline cards for my "electric" for I run my electricity on a gasoline powered generator and t he state of VA saying they cant help me and other places are telling me they either are out of funding for assistance and or do not assist in my area ..i am going outside the box and searching for places that may be of help in my situation or have any resources that may be of help.
