Dorothy Johnson Wilson
Rev. Dr. Dorothy J. Wilson, PhD, is the Pastor and Founder of Wings of Victory Church, Inc., established in 1992 in Baltimore, MD . Pastor Wilson graduated Family Bible Worldwide Ministries Seminary and has continued to educate others in ministry work. She opened Wings of Victory Bible Institute, College and Seminary in 2000 and continues ministry and discipleship training. Pastor Wilson also is a CPR/FIRST AID Instructor, licensed Maryland Realtor, Certified Food Safety Trainer, and Church Leadership Seminar lecturer.Location & Directions
