Robert WhitmoyerWould you please make the following announcement to your congregation at services on Sunday, May 23 . Where possible, could this also be inserted into your weekly church bulletin? "The Westfield American Legion Post 318 will conduct its 100 th Annual Memorial Day Service at 10:00 A.M. , Saturday, May 29th. Local Boy and Cub Scout Troops will be participating in the program. Services will be held at Summit Lawn cemetery, on South Union Street. Please bring your own seating." We urge our community to attend and join with the Post members and local Scout Troops as we honor and pay tribute to our fallen Veterans of all Wars who sacrificed to maintain our freedoms in this great Country.
