Patrick Robbers

My name is Patrick D. Robbers, married with Cindy and we have two beautiful children, I am a Licensed Minister with Victory Outreach International and the Pastor of Victory Outreach Church in Bridgeport, CT, this is part of our story; In 2000 we came from Lelystad, the Netherlands to the US to attend the West Coast Urban Training Center. A place where young people from the age of 18-30 are being discipled for the ministry. Our plan was to stay for 6 months to get trained and return to the Netherlands to start a UTC in Europe. Little did we know, that our plan was not God’s plan. After 6 months we became staff and a year later, P. Al and Georgina asked us to go to the East Coast to direct the UTC in Bridgeport, CT. We were part of the North East Region from 2002 till 2005, it was a great time, visiting and working together with the churches in the East Coast and the Midwest; Bridgeport, Brooklyn, Bronx, Newark, Philadelphia, DC, Chicago and also the early stages of Camden, NJ. We had an awesome time during those years, and we made some good friends too. Many of the students we had during this time are doing great in their local churches, some are involved in their region and others even internationally. From 2005 – 2008 we directed West Coast in UTC in Los Angeles, were we continued to see God move in a powerful way in the lives of the students, and to see lives being changed in the cities we visited; Seattle, Vancouver, Surrey, Tacoma, Phoenix, Tucson, El Paso, Denver, Albuquerque, Las Vegas, Modesto, San José, Stockton and many more…. It’s quiet amazing to lead the very same UTC where the journey for us began. From 2009 to 2010 God brought us for a season back to Holland, were He prepared our hearts for a new challenge, and on March 2010 we returned to Bridgeport, CT to become the pastors the Victory Outreach Church. It is a great Church, in a great city with great people. We thank God for His call upon our lives, our Founders P. Sonny, Sr. & Julie Arguinzoni, the elders of Victory Outreach International for entrusting us with this great Church, our pastors P. Al & Georgina Valdez and the Victory Outreach Church in San Diego, CA for sending us to Bridgeport, CT (again). It is now over 9 years that we became missionaries to the US, and we are exited what God is going to do in, and through our lives. All we know is that since we answered the call of God upon our lives this journey turned into an adventure for us, and we don’t regret a thing. We’re having a live changing experience and we never have to ask our self the question; What if?! Because we turned our “what if?” into “what is.” The Journey continues………
