Leadership
Philip Mark
Brother Phil served in the United States Navy from 1980 until 2005. Shortly after his retirement from the Navy, God called him to Valley Road Baptist Church as our pastor. Brother Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies from The Baptist College of Florida and is currently finishing His Master's of Divinity in Christian Leadership with Liberty University.
