Union Hill Church

Who We Are

Christ. Compassion. Community.

Union Hill was established as a baptist church in 1838. It has been an anchor in the North Fulton and Forsyth County area through generations, serving families and members of this community, including a ministry for the homeless. In keeping with the time-honored traditions of the church, a traditional worship service takes place on Sundays at 11am in the sanctuary.

When Pastor Tommy and his wife, Kathy came to Union Hill in the spring of 2012, they were graciously welcomed and accepted into the Union Hill family. Tommy and Kathy saw so much greatness and potential for a church with an even greater impact for Jesus and its community. The vision was planted, thus began the plans for a new worship gathering and new facilities to launch in the spring of 2014. The central focus and motivation behind Union Hill Church is Christ, Compassion, and Community.

Tommy Foster

Growing up as a preacher's kid, Tommy learned at a young age the joy that comes from serving the Lord. He saw God do amazing things through ordinary people who had simply made themselves available. Tommy served as a worship leader and teacher, and was called to pastor in 2012. When Tommy and his wife Kathy came to Union Hill in the spring of 2012, they were graciously welcomed and accepted into the Union Hill family. They saw so much greatness and potential for a church with an even greater impact for Jesus and its community. The vision was planted, thus began the plans for a new worship gathering and new facilities to launch in the spring of 2014. They, along with Union Hill Church, are so excited about this next step in their ministry. Tommy and Kathy were high school sweethearts. They have three grown children and one granddaughter.
