About Us

Trona Community Church (United Methodist) is the oldest church in Searles Valley. We are a small congregation, but large in spirit. Currently, we are lay-member lead, offering a traditional service twice a month including Communion on the First Sunday, and Bible study twice a month. We work closely with other churches in the valley to promote the Christian Church through all of it's denominations.

What to Expect

What are services like?
Services follow a traditional service. Dress is casual to dressy-casual. Like John Wesley, we cater to all who believe. Membership is small, so the services tend to be intimate and personal.

What is the community like?
Mostly older adults, and those looking for a traditional service based on Wesleyan teachings.

We welcome all seekers of a better way of life, regardless of background or spiritual tradition.

    Very sorry I walked to this church for Palm Sunday only to be disappointed no one showed up!!! Sat on the steps and said my words to the lord!! And moved on ! to late to walk to another church for services ! Phone is disconnected please update church information that church is closed !!!🙏🏻
