About Us

To Glorify God by continuing Christ's work through the power of the Holy Spirit

We are a Spirit-filled assembly of Christ followers. We see "Worship" as a "verb" (implies action and involvement), instead of a "noun" (simply the name of a meeting). We believe the Word of God is eternal, true, and relevant to all of the issues we face in our day, and therefore is our rule and guide in all matters of life.

What to Expect

What are services like?
We love to worship and praise our Lord, and we welcome all appropriate outward expressions of worship. We allow times of "waiting on the Lord" and welcome the Scriptural operation of gifts of the Holy Spirit in love, (1 Cor 12-14). The Word is preached with clarity and typically ends with a call for an appropriate response from the congregation. We also invite anyone to come forward for prayer for healing, wisdom, salvation, Baptism in the Holy Spirit, deliverance, etc.

What is the community like?
We are a small congregation of committed followers of Jesus who love one another, and welcome newcomers. TCCC has always been referred to as such a friendly and welcoming congregation by our first-time guests. These people are genuine lovers of Jesus, and others.

What if I'm not a Christian?
You are welcome to attend regardless of your personal beliefs. Just know this, that as you attend you will learn what we believe the Bible says on the many issues facing us today. You, as a non-Christian, can also know that any questions you have are welcome as well. The only thing we will not entertain is combative debating between one another. Sincere questions will receive as full and sincere answers as we can give. Lastly, you can be sure we will not change or alter the Biblical message to please those who oppose certain truths in Scripture. We did not write "The Book", so we have no right to edit it either. Jesus said in John 8 that His true followers obey what He has commanded, and then they (we) will "Know the truth, and the truth will set you (us) free".
