FAQ.....

“Why the name Thousand Hills?”
In Psalm 50:10 the Bible says,
“for every animal of the forest is mine, and the cattle on a thousand hills.”

This sums up the vision for our name. God has resources beyond our imagination. With God we know all things really are possible!

“What Denomination is THCC affiliated with?”
We are a Southern Baptist Convention and
Tennessee Baptist Convention Church Plant.

“How should I dress at THCC?”
Some people at Thousand Hills will wear boots and jeans, many will wear hats or caps, and some will wear shorts. All of these are appropriate. The bottom line: wear whatever is comfortable to you. There is no pretense here. At THCC we make ourselves at home with God and each other.

“Do I have to be a cowboy to attend Thousand Hills Cowboy Church?”
The answer to that is simple, No! Although many cowboys, cowgirls, and other horse enthusiasts will attend THCC, our members come from every background and walk of life. If you would rather wear jeans than dress up, if you enjoy country or blue grass gospel music, if you like rubbing elbows with plain down to earth people, and if you want clear simple sermons you can understand, you will love Thousand Hills.
