Jeff Baldwin
Senior Leader
Jeff & Shelley Baldwin are the Lead Pastors of The Refuge Church, they bring a wealth of pastoral experience and gifted insight to the ministry. Through anointed teaching and ministering where people really live, Jeff focuses on cultivating a culture of community by strengthening interpersonal relationships in the body as well as equipping families to impact their world. Jeff also serves as a guest speaker abroad and owns 1st Choice Chimney in Dallas. Jeff & Shelley have two amazing children, a wonderful dog named Rowdy. Their passion is for revival and families to get and stay connected!
