The Church of Casey

What are services like?
We would like nothing more than for you and your family to worship with us at The Church of Casey. We hope that is evident in your first visit. "What should I wear?" You'll find people in jeans and suits. Both are comfortable at The Church of Casey. It doesn't matter what you wear when you come to worship, as long as you come to worship. We're located on Main St. in Casey next door to CellOne. There is parking available in front of our building as well as along the side. Regions Bank, adjacent to our location, has also made their parking lot available to us on Sundays should we need additional parking. When you enter the foyer you'll find coffee, juice and fresh baked goods (that often means muffins & donuts!) for you and your family to enjoy. Feel free to bring your coffee with you anywhere in the building. You'll find people of all ages enjoying one another's company before worship begins. We open worship with prayer and frequently take a moment to pray throughout the service. Prayer is a vital part of our worship. We will have a time of singing and praise followed by a few announcements. Preaching typically lasts between 25-35 minutes and there is always a time for prayer and repentance given following the sermon. We don't take up a public corporate offering. However, we do have a dedicated donation box located in the rear of the sanctuary. We believe giving of our finances is a Biblical way for believers to worship. You're welcome to give an offering to the church if you'd like! We'd love to see you and your family this Sunday at The Church of Casey!

What is the community like?
We believe there is a God who created all things. We believe that He is the same God revealed in the Holy Bible and that He can be known and trusted. We believe the Bible is true and that it is the revealed Word of God. If it is true, then we should read it, learn it, live it, and trust it. The Bible teaches there is only one God, and He was revealed to us in Jesus Christ. We believe that sin is in the heart of every man, and that sin separates men from God.   We believe the Bible teaches that believers should be baptized in water in Jesus name. We believe it is the promise and gift of God that all disciples of His be filled with the Holy Spirit. We believe in the return of Jesus Christ for His church, and an eternity with Him in Heaven.
