Our Services

What are services like?
Our Sunday morning service is contemporary in style. What we mean by that is that most of the music we sing has been written in our generation (the Holy Spirit is continuing to inspire writers today). Yes, we do some "oldies and goodies," but our focus is not primarily on using the art forms of yesteryear. So, we use a praise band (drums, guitars, etc.) and sing our hearts out.

What if I'm not a Christian?
All are welcome at State College Assembly of God! It doesn't matter your background, your spiritual status, your age, education, ethnicity, or anything else.
