St. Peter's By the Sea

St. Peter's is a community church, sanctioned by the Northern Michigan Episcopal Diocese. We hold services from July through the first weekend in September. Our early service is at 9:00AM with a coffee social immediately following and then a 10:30AM service. The 9:00 service is about 30 minutes of Holy communion without music and the 10:30 service is a community worship for all denominations. The coffee social in between allows members to attend either service as well as visit with community members. Presiding ministers vary with each service and come to us from all over the country.
St. Peter's is available for weddings, funerals, and baptisms. It is the site for regular AA meetings and community events such as art fairs and pot luck dinners.
