Sharon ScofieldMy great Aunt Elizabeth Fulmor was one of its founding members, along with Mrs M. Shaw Bartlett. When my Aunt died the clergy that was there did her funeral and the town turned out. She left at the time a donation to St. Mary’s. They got new carpet for the church. They also bought new prayer books. It is sad to see this small community church closed. It was the main stay for our family and many others. My memories are very happy ones of going to service there. Moving back here I hoped to worship once again at St. Mary’s.
