What to Expect

What are services like?
All Masses--both 1969 "Ordinary Form" as well as Traditional Latin --are celebrated using the High Altar, with priest "facing East"/"ad orientem": a practice which NEVER has been prohibited or discouraged, despite the nearly universal impression to the contrary. The Sunday 9:30 AM Solemn High Latin Mass includes singing of the Gregorian Chant propers as well as polyphony, usually sung by the professional choir ("Schola cantorum"), but also frequently by the various children and youth choirs.

What is the community like?
The parish is comprised of over 30 nationalities. The Sunday Latin Mass draws people from over an hour away and is followed by a coffee hour.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Non-Catholics and Non-Christians are always welcome. HOWEVER only a Catholic may receive Holy Communion. Persons interested in learning more about the Catholic faith or in becoming a Catholic should speak to the pastor, Father Cipolla (who is himself a convert to Catholicism!).
