Janelle Hooper
Pastor Janelle Rozek Hooper grew up in Houston, Texas attending Christ the King Lutheran Church and gaining a love for the ebb and flow of Lutheran services. Equipped for ministry in large part due to her time as President of the Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast Lutheran Youth Organization she felt a calling to be a pastor from a young age. She has served at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Wheaton, IL, St. Timothy Lutheran Church in Naperville, IL, Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Naperville, IL and currently serves as Pastor at St. Martin’s Lutheran Church, Sugar Land, Texas. She’s grateful to all the saints in more ways than one! Pastor Hooper is also a best selling author for Augsburg Fortress Press’ Book of Faith series with a Bible Study/Worship Series called “Heaven on Earth: Studies in Matthew.” Pastor Hooper is married to an elementary school teacher, Brad and has two wonderful and wonder-filled young children Sophia and Soren.Location & Directions
