I worked for over 25 years then suffered many abuses from a newly installed Interim Library Director. Even as a child my father would take me to the old Library on Bayfront Park, while he studied his academics. Our children have suffered traumas right before the holidays because I was rushed to the Emergency room and had surgical procedures in December 2017. I even went back to work earlier than expected because of thorough examinations by a team of doctors. I'm thankful that our former President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama covered my hospital expenses for me. It was important for me because Barack did visit me during my stay at West Kendall Baptist Hospital. I discovered this an entire year later that Barack paid for this which ease my burden considerably. We both suffer consequences for this because Ray Baker of Main Library ordered me to " Do Not Enter Any Libraries or Facilities' ' with no explanation. He humiliates and dehumanizes me in front of our multi-racial family. Our children were traumatized by officers knocking on our door every Thursday with Detective Molina. Ray Baker targets us simply because my skin is dark and of our close relationship that I share with Barack in privacy. Ray Baker of Miami Dade County Public Library attempted to force me twice to illegally fill out a " Leave of Absence" form . I had no personal crisis and nor did our children , Thank God. I never suffer from substance abuses, smoke, do drugs or suffer by the grace of God from mental instabilities. I never work with this Ray Baker at all, and don't even know him. I visited many Public Libraries and Private Libraries throughout the United States and no one ever abused me verbally such as this Ray Baker. I attended a few conferences at the Library of Congress and never was mistreated. I visited the United Nations mini-Library and no one there ostracized me at all. I have three beautiful multi-racial children who are in fear in 2018. Kelley Lau of HR specifically targeted the skin of my color because I'm black and began to manipulate my work earnings for several years. I discovered this when I attended a White House official meeting on Workers rights. I flew back home to Miami and attended several training meetings with Local 199 AFSCME and two knowledgeable representatives did investigative findings that there are discrepancies in my work earnings. Ray Baker has failed to apologize to me and our multi-racial family with the " Do not Enter Any Libraries or Facilities' '. Then more abuse followed when a police officer entered the privacy of my bedroom to physically hurt me on November 9, 2018 just a few days after we celebrated our daughter's birthday. They held me in captivity for over 5 days at Jackson Health Systems for unwarranted reasons. Barack took the time out of his hectic schedule to meet me at Brickell of Downtown in the month of February 12, 2019. I recalled this day so vividly because this is the morning when I dropped off our baby girl cowboy apparel at her elementary school. I went home to prepare breakfast and a police officer entered our home and placed handcuffs on me. I was in shock because at this time, I'm still healing from the traumatic horrors that I experienced at Jackson Health and at the hands of this police officer. This second cop took me to the same place where they physically assaulted me in the beginning of November 2018. Many more of these ongoing abuses kept occurring and once again on the very day that Barack revealed to me that he would accompany me to early voting at the precinct of Government Center of Downtown Miami on October 27, 2020. I was already conducting research on the computer and even sent scriptures to our sons on that specific day . This cop entered the privacy of our childhood home, went straight to the dining area where I was seated in front of the computer and physically assaulted me. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ We were very proper at Biltmore Hotel on two separate occasions. We are mutual consent Adults and are responsible. I never broadcast my private whereabouts to anyone, not even close relatives due to Barack's stressful job of being World at large . I'm honored that I have been invited to the White House , Barack's Obama Administration on several occasions. I still exercise these rights in confidentiality. You truly understand how one can be simply abused just for being different . They judge our interracial family because my skin is a shade darker than most. Our family had recently undergone recent traumas of me being rushed into the emergency hospital at Baptist West Kendall. It was truly a touch and go moment. At one point, during my stay at Baptist, Barack Obama was present at this hospital to demonstrate that he truly cares for me. Our team of physicians did thorough physical exams of me with X-Rays and blood tests. Several weeks followed and my M.D. gave me the green light to return to work with instructions. Previously , I already made formal complaints on my work wages through Human Rights and Fair Employment , EEOC, Library Union AFSCME Local 199, and even the Mayor's Office under the Leadership of Carlos Jimenez . We scheduled a formal meeting with HR Kelley Lau . This HR person, Lau agreed there were visible discrepancies that she would resolve. Before summer began,a Librarian named Rafael Costa interrogated me on the validity of my last name and the legitimacy of our bi-racial children name " Diaz". My Union representative responded to Mr. Costa that he was in violation of Federal and State Labor Laws. I conducted my own research when Barack invited me to attend an AFL-CIO meeting at Washington D.C, I learned a thing or two from that conference. This is when I discovered the forensics discrepancies of my work wages. I understand what it means to profile , placed in a category in malicious ways. Kelley Lau entered the Civic Center Public Library , five minutes before 5 pm eastern, and handed me a wrinkled, printed copy email , " Do not Enter Any Libraries or Facilities", for unfound reasons. Yes, I was shocked and appalled by this. I graciously took my purse , and immediately notified a representative of Local 199. I'm aware that since being in my mother's womb, both of my parents have entered the libraries in Freeport, and throughout the counties of Florida. My Dad went to school and checked out many books . He is a muscular, black man that was never told or notified to "not enter Any Libraries". Even our former President of the United States , Barack, exercised his rights as a citizen to visit this enchanting cubicle at Civic Center Public Library . We had in-depth conversations in general speaking of the World at Large. It's the month of August 2021, and Ray baker of Main Library, Miami Dade County still hasn't apologized to me or my bi-racial family yet. They specifically target our multiracial son, Chris on his birthday , August 3, 2018. On 8-3-2018 , they maliciously handed me a work paycheck of $1.36 . I've fond memories of entering the Library of Congress, Private University Libraries throughout the United States and no one has ever abused me by telling me to not enter any Libraries. I entered the Library in Washington DC with our son, and we observed the original ' Anne Frank Diaries" on display, and no one ever made us feel unwelcome. I'm unable to be approved for unemployment wages because I wasn't terminated. I verified this with the OPM of the Washington DC office who stated it is the responsibility of the HR Main Library . Kelley Lau of HR gave me manipulated work earnings in the months of June 2018, July 2018 and August 2018 while under her orders to stay at home and picked phone calls from an unknown " Garcia". You need to sit down, Ray Baker of Main Library, a newly selected Director, and police officers in the privacy of our home, every Thursday before the school release bell. A few weeks before my birthday, an officer entered the privacy of my bedroom and physically assaulted me. This incident occurred just a few weeks before my birthday, November 9, 2018 . The following year our nephew who was attending FMU was murder one day before my birthday, yes headed to the Library to complete his assignment , then would attend a FRAT party. Eli Alexander Jean-Baptiste was murder from parking lot on his way to the main entrance gate on November 24, 2019. I Began work at Main Library 1990, and have been promoted five times and worked under five previous competent Library Directors. Most recent position, Lead Worker at Civic Center Public library , 8*4 cubicle located on upper level of Train Station Stop Civic . Alberta and Eli Alexander. Eli Alexander Jean-Baptiste had just shared good news with us that he received a full football scholarship to continue to attend FMU. They murder our nephew one day before my birthday on November 24, 2019. Eli Alexander is the one who witnessed me along with his mother the traumatizing pains that I had endured. This caused me to be operated on with our son in my womb. I was severely brutalized in the Townhome Unit at Tampa in the year 2006. I was dragged on the tile floor and he broke my eyeglasses. It was a male neighbor of my sister Alberta in military uniform that managed to pull this monster from me. After our son was born he remained at Baptist Hospital on Kendall drive in the incubator for three months. My Family Health Plan covered a portion of our internal injuries . The hospital cost increased because of the follow-up specialist care that was vital to save Christopher's life. The oxygen machine and heart monitor machine was placed in Chris' room for over 6 months, with tubes connected to his nose , chest and heart. This is the same room where a police officer physically assaulted me on November 9, 2018 , and afterwards took me in handcuffs to Jackson Health where Ray Baker and Kelley Lau of Miami Dade Public LIbrary set it up just a few days after Memorial Day. It was Ray Baker who sent non uniform officers with Detective Molina to our home every THursday before the school bell release. I believe they conspired with these corrupt cops so william orlando diaz can avoid paying for child support and alimony. Kelley Lau continues to manipulate my work earnings and specifically targets Christopher's birthday by issuing me work earnings of $1.36 on August 3, 2018. Thank God, for Barack Hussein Obama because he is the one who paid off the remaining debts of Christopher surgery and my surgery billing cost of Baptist Hospital .
