At St. James United Methodist Church, we are firm believers that we are called to “make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.” (The Book of Discipline of the United Methodist Church, 2012 ¶120)
We carry out this very important task by proclaiming the Gospel and exemplifying God’s grace through extending the Love of Christ.
Grace can be defined as the love and mercy given to us by God because God wants us to have it, not because of anything we have done to earn it.
