St. Innocent Orthodox Church
An Orthodox (OCA) church in Pleasanton, CA
About Us
St. Innocent Orthodox Church is a welcoming Orthodox Christian parish in Pleasanton, serving the Tri-Valley and greater East Bay. Rooted in the ancient faith of the Apostles and guided by the living tradition of the Orthodox Church, we seek to worship God with reverence, love, and joy.
Our parish is named after St. Innocent of Moscow, the great missionary to Alaska and the Americas, whose life exemplified humility, pastoral care, and a deep commitment to sharing the Gospel across cultures. Inspired by his example, we strive to be a spiritual home for people of all backgrounds—those who are lifelong Orthodox Christians, those returning to the Church, and those exploring the faith for the first time.
At the heart of our life together is the Divine Liturgy, where we gather each week to pray, hear the Scriptures, and receive the Holy Eucharist. Beyond worship, our community is shaped by prayer, education, fellowship, and service. We offer catechumen classes, youth and family programs, retreats, and opportunities for spiritual growth throughout the year.
St. Innocent Orthodox Church is more than a place to attend services—it is a living community where faith is shared, burdens are carried together, and lives are transformed by the grace of Christ. We invite you to come and see, pray with us, and journey together toward the Kingdom of God.
