Who We Are

Where EVERYONE is valued, loved and respected.

We are a Anglican church plant in St. Louis; focused on the "Radical Love" of God and sharing that love with those around us. As a Mission of the Diocese of Quincy, under the direction of our Bishop Alberto Morales, we are commissioned to shine the light of the gospel to our neighbors and the community. It is our "mission" to be "hands on" in bringing love, grace and hope to everyone God places in our path of following and lifting up His name -the name of Jesus! All are welcome!

Knowing that we are all sinners saved by God's grace leaves us no room to judge others!! The redemptive, peace-giving blood of Jesus Christ was shed for us all. We are a work in progress; striving to be "perfectly imperfect" in all we do... Please check our website for upcoming outreach events, service time and location. www.stfrancismission.net - We bid you God's peace!

Dan Kinkead

Dan Kinkead

Fr. Dan & Miki are the founding couple who God called to 'plant" St. Francis Mission; here in St. Louis. They live in St. Louis and have a rescued "chi-weenie" named - Izzi. They are also house-parents to a man named "Jamie" who, with many supports, works to live the most independent life possible. As well as being called to ministry- Fr. Dan works full time in Case Management for adults and children with disabilities. He has worked in this field, for over 30 years and has always felt his calling was to people with "special needs" and the underprivileged in our society; the marginalized. "Let us touch the dying, the poor, the lonely and the unwanted according to the graces we have received and let us not be ashamed or slow to do humble work" - Mother Teresa Fr. Dan earned degrees in Psychology and Comparative Religion from Webster University here in St. Louis and traveled throughout Europe in high school and college as an exchange student, where he fell in love with Anglicanism, church liturgy and history. He continues his study, working towards his Masters in Theology.
