Roy Moran
One of the first pioneers of Shoal Creek, Roy has been guiding the direction of Shoal Creek since 1993 and is a graduate of Baylor University and Dallas Theological Seminary. Roy is married to Candy and they have 4 children and 6 grandchildren.Location & Directions
