What are services like?
We have one weekly Worship Celebration that begins each Sunday at 10:30 a.m., year-round. We are a warm, welcoming church family who blend contemporary and traditional elements together in our worship times. Our worship is somewhat informal with a casual, down-to-earth feel. Our desire is to glorify God and exalt Him in our time together. We begin by singing praise and worship songs that are more contemporary but we still love the old hymns and try to fit a couple into most services. The first Sunday of most months is youth-led worship when we encourage our younger generation to get actively involved which can involve electric guitars, keyboards and drums. After some worship in song and other elements we pause for “connecting time” which allows everyone to have a beverage and get to know others better. The message from our pastor follows connecting time. Most Sundays our worship involves sharing of prayer concerns, praise items and/or testimonials. Some Sundays have dramas, video clips or special music. A nursery is provided for infants and toddlers with Sunday School for older children.

What is the community like?
Roseville UB is a very friendly, warm, loving community of faith. Many people have commented on their first visit that it has felt like home from their first visit. We have been blessed to have a wide range of ages among those who regularly worship with us. There are singles and families of all ages and stages with seniors, babies, toddlers, children, youth, young adults and others in the 30-60 range. Our church family consists of a variety of attenders, some who never previously attended church and others from Lutheran, Presbyterian, Pentecostal, Catholic, Baptist, United and other backgrounds. Only about half of those regularly attending are official members. We are white collar and blue collar, professionals, farmers, labourers, entrepreneurs and more. Mostly, we have come to love Jesus and one another and would love to have you become part of our church family.

What if I'm not a Christian?
Anyone and everyone is welcome to attend our worship celebrations. Our church family consists of a wide variety of attenders, some who never previously attended church and several who started attending before they personally encountered the forgiveness and friendship of Jesus. We believe everyone is on a spiritual journey and we're all at different points along the pathway, still learning and growing. If you have doubts and questions you will not be judged or thought odd.
