Our Services

What are services like?
While we don't encourage beach wear, our dress code is casual. Services reflect that attitude. We're serious about our worship, but we aim to make services friendly, open, uplifting, and encouraging. Sermons are biblically based, practical and down-to-earth. We serve communion weekly, and it is offered to everyone who desires to participate. You won't be pressured, but you will be greeted by people who genuinely appreciate it when visitors join us for worship. We sing "a cappella", meaning we don't use musical instruments. We are the instruments. We think it's beautiful! Basically, we're a low-key, friendly, open church that worships in a simple style to better focus on spiritual matters, expressions of faith, and one another.

What is the community like?
Our church building is located near Keesler Air Force Base, and just a block north of Hwy 90 that runs along the Gulf Coast. We have quite a mix of people, including retired military, families with children, and people in between.

What if I'm not a Christian?
No problem. You will find a warm welcome given to everyone. We won't pressure you, but give you opportunities to learn from the Bible, and develop your own faith. If you're investigating Christianity, we'll point you in the right direction, and assist you when you need help.
