About Us
When inviting someone to River Corner Church in Conestoga, PA, we keep it simple and welcoming. We share that our Sunday gathering begins at 10:00 AM, lasts a little over an hour, and that people can come just as they are.
We highlight that River Corner is a small, intergenerational church community in Lancaster County, where everyday people gather to worship God, follow Jesus, and encourage one another. The atmosphere is relaxed and genuine, with no expectations beyond being yourself.
At the heart of every invitation is hospitality—we want people to know there is space for them, whether they are exploring faith for the first time or looking for a place to belong.
River Corner Church is a growing church community of everyday people who gather to worship God, follow Jesus, and journey through life together.

Leadership
Jeff McLain
Pastor
I am Jeff McLain, a follower of Jesus, husband to Katie, and grateful dad to three wonderful daughters. I’m still learning what it means to follow Jesus each day—not always getting it right, but trying to take the next faithful step.
I serve as the Director of Pastoral Ministries at Water Street Mission in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where I walk alongside men and women experiencing homelessness. I also pastor River Corner Church, a simple and welcoming church community in Conestoga, PA, where everyday people gather to worship God and follow Jesus together.
Alongside ministry, I am pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Kairos University, with a focus on the theological, historical, and practical implications of the Lord’s Prayer for the Church today. I also write at Lead a Quiet Life, a blog that reflects on spiritual formation, simple faith, and leading a quieter life with Jesus in a noisy world.
My hope is to serve with humility, help people discover the love of Jesus, and encourage the church to live out faith in ways that are simple, authentic, and rooted in grace.
