Rhema was founded in 1984 to minister salvation through Jesus Christ as the doorway into the family of God and the beginning of life in Christ. Our vision and commitment to God's people continues through the process of growth, maturity and transformation into the likeness of Jesus. Helping people discover God's divine will and purpose for their life is central to the mission at Rhema as we assist each believer, young and old, in becoming equipped to pursue their calling. As God's love, acceptance and forgiveness is expressed to all, along with powerful ministry of the Word of God, each individual can realize his divine potential and purpose.

Stewart Farley
Pastors Stewart and Sheila Farley founded Rhema Christian Center in 1984 as an interdenominational, multi-cultural church to minister to people and bring maturity to the body of Christ. Pastor Farley’s dynamic teaching ministry exhorts the Believer to walk in obedience and excellence according to God’s principles. Pastor Farley attended Lee College in Cleveland, TN and holds a B.A. in Theology from Christian Bible College, Rocky Mount, NC. He and Sheila have four children and reside in Lewisburg, WV.Location & Directions
