About Us

We are a group of people in Los Angeles who have been saved by Jesus Christ and desire to follow Him.

Our vision as a church is to glorify God through lives that have been transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our mission is to communicate and preach the unchanging truth of the person and work of Jesus Christ in a way that everyone in our city and culture can comprehend. The way we accomplish this is by gathering in settings both large and small to preach, pray, study the Bible and love people.

Our desire is to continually equip people to bring glory to God and the light of Jesus into their respective communities, however diverse they may be.

What to Expect

What are services like?
Although we assemble together throughout the week in both large and small settings, our largest gathering takes place at Helen Bernstein High School (1309 Wilton Pl) in Hollywood, California, at 9:00AM, 12:00PM, and 5:00PM. Welcoming anyone and everyone to attend, our Sunday services are designed to reflect biblical principles such as prayer, lifting up our voices to God in song, preaching and teaching the Bible, celebrating communion, and enjoying fellowship with one another in community. We hope you will join us!

What is the community like?
Community is an essential part of life. We build community out of common interests in order to find support, companionship, and encouragement. But sin sabotages our ability to care for each other as God intended. Thankfully, through the gospel of Jesus Christ we are reconciled to God and are therefore a community of redeemed people (Ephesians 2:4-5). We are free to build community on the foundation of Jesus Christ without bias or prejudice - a group of diverse people unified by Jesus.

What if I'm not a Christian?
All who are interested in Christianity and curious about Jesus are welcome to attend. If you have any questions, pastors are available at the front of the auditorium at the end of each service.

I have attende Reality LA for almost three years and I can honestly say that this church has become my home. Besides the awesome and reflective sermons taught by Pastor Tim Chaddick, I absolutely love how much this church focuses on doing life with others through community groups. Often times when attending a big church, it becomes very was to get lost in everything, but here at Reality LA that is definitely not the case. My relationship with Christ was fairly new when I first moved to this city and since I have attended this church and joined a CG group my walk has grown even stronger; leaving no room for me to ever turn back to my old life.
