Public Well Baptist Church

Can you please tell me who the historian is for Public Well. I am researching my grandfather, Walter Templeton Adams. I know where is gravesite is and the date he died however, I cannot get a death certificate for his because 1913, the year he died, Tennessee did not record deaths. I need an obituary or newspaper notice of his death…his wife Eura died two months before Walter. Their only child, Hazel Adams Phillips, is my mother. They, along with many other family members are buried at the cemetery. I shall be buried there also and already have my gravestone next Mother. Also, I contribute to the maintenance of the cemetery.
