My name is John Smith 58 years old I live in Summerville Georgia I'm sending you this email because I'm asking if you could help me with any kind of food because of my heart condition and my other illnesses I can't afford hardly buy anything because of my co-pays for the doctors and medication questions I do not have family or friends here and I hardly have any food me and my two dogs are getting hungry and then I got a ladder they're going to disconnect my power if you can get ahold of me and help me I appreciate it I will leave my address and number below you can text or call me or email and I thank you for anything that you can do keep me in prayer because they called me yesterday and told me that I need another heart attack
