Who We Are
Worship is each Sunday at 8:00 and 10:30 a.m. The atmosphere in worship is relaxed, so you don’t need to worry about “making a mistake.”
Come as you are – there is no dress code. You will see people wearing business suits, jeans and everything in between.
Children of all ages are welcome at worship services. We also have a nursery available for your convenience.
There is someone to greet you as you enter the building. He/she will be happy to answer all of your questions.
You may sit anywhere you feel comfortable. The order of worship service is printed in the bulletin. There will also be announcements about church activities and the
While the pastor will instruct all worship participants to stand or sit at different times during the service, you will not be asked to stand up or identify yourself as a
guest. We will ask you and all other participants to fill out the friendship register during the worship service, but you are not required to do so.
Peace’s members and regular participants are primarily responsible for financially supporting Peace’s ministry, so guests should never feel obligated to give money during the offering.
Sunday worship services include the Holy Communion (Lord’s Supper). Because those who eat and drink our Lord’s body and blood unworthily do so to their great harm, and because Holy Communion is a confession of faith which is
confessed at this altar, any who are not yet instructed, who are in doubt, or who hold a confession differing from that of Peace Lutheran Church and the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod (LCMS), and yet desire to receive the sacrament, are
asked to first speak with the pastor. Peace has several guests, so it will not be odd for you to remain in your seat during the Holy Communion.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask anyone you see, or you may contact the church office before you visit at 920-887-1272.
