What to Expect

What are services like?
Our services are warm and inviting. You will feel welcomed. The atmosphere is relaxed in a traditional setting. The music is blended with a good mix of traditional, contemporary, and praise and worship. We have a choir and a praise band as well as piano and organ. The sermons are expository Bible based sermons with an emphasis on application of biblical principles.

What is the community like?
We are a multi-generational and multi-ethnic church. We offer Bible Study for all ages. We have a variety of ministries in which to serve. We offer the International Learning Center for internationals seeking to learn English. We offer recovery groups for people dealing with recovery issues. We provide children, youth, and singles ministries. Our music programs are exceptional. We provide mission opportunities.

What if I'm not a Christian?
We welcome all people to our church. We see the church community as a place for shelter and healing and spiritual refreshment. We want to share your journey with you as you seek a relationship with God and other people.

Leadership

Gregory Magruder

Pastor Magruder has 30 years of ministry experience and has been pastor at Parkview for 12 years. He is a graduate of Georgetown College, Ky (BA), Southwestern Baptist Seminary (MDiv) and the Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies (DWS).
