What to Expect

What are services like?
Our services run between 60-75 minutes and feature blended worship of contemporary songs and familiar hymns led by our praise team. A few times a month our children's or adult choir will also lead us in worship. Our sermons are scripturally-based and explore the Living Word of God for our lives today.

What is the community like?
The church community is a multi-generational church of young families, middle-aged couples with older kids, and grandparents and great-grandparents. Some of the families have grown up in the church and 3 or 4 generations worship together, but many of the families have moved into the area after attending college nearby. We are a blended mix of blue-collar workers and professionals from all walks of life.

What if I'm not a Christian?
We'd love for you to come by and check us out! If you are interested in learning more about a relationship with Jesus Christ, we're confident Palos Heights CRC is a place for you to be. We love to welcome visitors into our fellowship and meet you during our coffee hour, but we don't force you into being in a Bible study or ministry until you feel you are ready for that.
