(Member Only) E Class Transportation is a new 3 months ago She over charged us for contractor work, was unable to provide invoices for the contract work despite multiple requests, and then added a 20% commission for herself on top of the inflated charges. We recently replaced a broken piece of glass that she had cut for us to protect a piece of furniture. She originally charged us $350 plus commission (20%) for the glass to total $420 plus tax on our final bill with her. Total cost to replace the same glass (several years later…after inflation) from the same source was $150. Additionally, I had over 150 emails from her and her employees throughout the course of the decorating process that consisted of a single room. The project took 5 months. And the wall of bookshelves in the room still looked terrible after she ‘arranged them.’ It was insane. Also attempted to charge me $125 for the service of hammering 5 nails in to the wall of the room. Plus commission and tax, of course. She seems to have found a way to hide negative reviews, as I was able to find some on less popular websites but not in google or yelp. Beware.
